     *If paying via check, payment MUST be received within 7 days of this registration.  If NOT received your spot WILL BE forfeited!

3. ALL TEAMS WILL HAVE $25 ADDED TO THEIR BALANCE, PLEASE SEND CHECK DEPOSIT FOR $450 PER TEAM. THE $25 FEE WILL BE REMOVED UPON RECEIPT OF BALANCE CHECK

4. All FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
