*If paying via check, payment MUST be received within 7 days of this registration. If NOT received your spot WILL BE forfeited!
3. ALL TEAMS WILL HAVE $15 ADDED TO THEIR DEPOSIT, PLEASE SEND CHECK DEPOSIT FOR $375 PER TEAM. THE $15 FEE WILL BE REMOVED WHEN BALANCE CHECK IS RECIEVED.
4. All FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
