Please read all information prior to registering. 

1. Teams can participate as a "pure" grad year team or a mixed grad year team.  In order to register, you need to choose the division that represents the oldest player on your roster.  Girls can play up; they can NOT play down.  You will have the ability within the divisions to classify your team as a "pure" age group team or a "mixed" age group team.  From there, you will also be able to state your level of play that we will use to place you against equal level competition.  

2. Please register only for the teams that you will bring. Our fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

3. If you are paying via check we must RECEIVE your check within 7 days of registering, please don't wait. If we do not receive your check, you WILL BE removed from the event. With the history of selling out and trying to accommodate our wait-listed teams, we will be adhering to a strict deadline schedule when it comes to payments (deposit/balance) and waivers/rosters. 

4. This year we will be requiring that each team has a confirmed roster (by director, in LeagueApps account), this will closely follow the waiver deadline, please stay on top of your players registrations. 

5. Finally, we will be using another feature, coach registration, to help speed up team check in and the communication process to the teams. Please have your coaches added to each team in your account. Check-In is important so we can go over any tournament updates, getting an onsite contact number for each team, and verify we have a waiver for each player.
