Please read all information prior to registering. Please register only for the teams that you will bring. Our fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are paying via check we must RECEIVE your check within 7 days of registering, please don't wait. If we do not receive your check, you WILL BE removed from the event. With the history of selling out and trying to accommodate our wait-listed teams, we will be adhering to a strict deadline schedule when it comes to payments (deposit/balance) and waivers/rosters. This year we will be requiring that each team has a confirmed roster (by director, in LeagueApps account), this will closely follow the waiver deadline, please stay on top of your players registrations. Finally, we will be using another feature, coach registration, to help speed up team check in and the communication process to the teams. Please have your coaches added to each team in your account.

Check-In is important so we can go over any tournament updates, getting an onsite contact number for each team, and verify we have a waiver for each player.

1. Credit Card option available for deposit WITHOUT credit card convenience fee. 

2. Check option available for those that do not want to pay with credit card . Scroll to bottom at check out screen and choose "PAY LATER"

*If paying via check, payment MUST be received within 7 days of this registration.  If NOT received your spot WILL BE forfeited!

3. ALL TEAMS WILL HAVE A $25 CREDIT CARD CONVENICE FEE ADDED TO THEIR BALANCE.  THE $25 FEE WILL BE REMOVED UPON RECEIPT OF BALANCE CHECK IF PAYING BALANCE VIA CHECK.

4. All FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
