*If paying via check, payment MUST be received within 7 days of this registration. If NOT received, your registration will be deleted and your spot WILL BE forfeited!
3. ALL TEAMS WILL HAVE $15 ADDED PER TEAM TO THEIR FEES AT TIME OF REGISTRATION , IF SENDING CHECK, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AMOUNT PER TEAM. THE $15 FEE WILL BE REMOVED UPON RECEIPT PAYMENT.
4. All FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
