We are excited to announce PROJECT 120 is returning to LEHIGH UNIVERSITY in 2023! In celebration of our 10th anniversary, Project 120 is bringing all teams back together for one weekend providing an excellent tournament experience and great competition. Bring your entire club back together on one weekend for an ULTIMATE event at one of the best venues in PA!

To join us in celebrating 10 years, we are bringing back all of the community groups Project 120 has highlighted and supported over the last decade! Join us for what promises to be a phenomenal weekend!

Welcome to Ultimate Events & Sports and Project 120 2023.  

Please read all information prior to registering. 

1.Please register only for the teams that you will bring. Our fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

2.You will be required to pay the deposit at the time of registration. 

3.If you would like to pay the balance via check to avoid the processing fee, we MUST receive your check PRIOR to Balance Deadline, please don't wait. If we do not receive your check, you must pay via credit card or you WILL BE removed from the event. With the history of selling out and trying to accommodate our wait-listed teams, we will be adhering to a strict deadline schedule when it comes to payments (deposit/balance) and waivers/rosters. 

4.This year we will be requiring that each team has a confirmed roster (by director, in LeagueApps account), this will closely follow the waiver deadline, please stay on top of your players registrations. 

5.Finally, we will be using another feature, coach registration, to help speed up team check in and the communication process to the teams. Please have your coaches added to each team in your account.
