*If paying via check, payment MUST be received within 7 days of this registration. If NOT received your spot WILL BE forfeited!
3. ALL TEAMS WILL HAVE $20 ADDED TO THEIR FEE, PLEASE SEND PAYMENT FOR $900 PER TEAM. THE $20 FEE WILL BE REMOVED WHEN CHECK IS RECIEVED.
